water without the aid of artificial breathing
equipment.
When we talk about Freediving, we talk about
sensation, beauty, personal experience and
challenge. It is so much more than just depth and
minutes.
You will visit another dimension where you can move
around freely and become one with the sea.
By training your body and mind and learning the
proper breathing techniques you will feel
comfortable and safe in this calm and silent
environment.
Our courses are for everyone; it doesn't matter if
you are young or old, child or adult.
You can be really fit or overweight, you can be a
smoker or have asthma,
